Hello my lovely peeps and happy February! I, for one, had a very slow January - in all the best ways - and although I loved the pace, I am actually looking forward to things getting a little busier in the second month of 2025. I’m picking up with my freelance recipe development work, and am developing for Food & Wine Digital for the first time, which is kind of exciting. This is one of the recipes that I Just developed for them (Chocolate Buttermilk Waffles).
